應應用(yong)在圓洞及小型(xing)管線(xian)的壁有噴(pen)漆(qi)(qi)工(gong)藝(yi)，它是采用(yong)無氣粉(fen)末噴(pen)涂(tu)(tu)機氣流輸(shu)送來的各類(lei)高壓(ya)水(shui)性(xing)(xing)粉(fen)末涂(tu)(tu)料(liao)，按(an)照定(ding)制(zhi)的高壓(ya)噴(pen)嘴，使水(shui)性(xing)(xing)粉(fen)末涂(tu)(tu)料(liao)吸霧后(hou)簡單演變成音箱形（園球(qiu)形、空芯(xin)），平均地噴(pen)在管線(xian)內(nei)表(biao)皮，最終得以構建管線(xian)的噴(pen)漆(qi)(qi)工(gong)藝(yi)。 NKP-1型(xing)關鍵(jian)不(bu)(bu)適用(yong)到Ф50-Ф300mm的管網，工(gong)業漆(qi)(qi)消(xiao)費黏性(xing)(xing)不(bu)(bu)容(rong)許高與80秒（4號福特杯）。要是建筑涂(tu)(tu)料(liao)粘(zhan)性(xing)(xing)少(shao)于80秒，要加(jia)撲滅劑撲滅。NKP-1型(xing)一般(ban)上不(bu)(bu)再熱力管道尺(chi)寸減少(shao)，但最容(rong)易不(bu)(bu)長而15米。
